This new system will become effective with the start of the 2011 NCAA and
NFL seasons. This system is simple and effective. This is great a money management
system where stronger plays demand a higher wager amount without losing control.
One loss should never be so significant that it has a detrimental effect to
a player's bankroll. This system is built for the full season. If you play all
of Tex's plays in this format, you will never be in trouble and you most likely
will be a big winner by season's end!
For most of Tex's players the rating in this system will be used like this:
50 STARS: $500 Wager
40 STARS: $400 Wager
30 STARS: $300 Wager
For those that bet in higer and lower amounts, you must maintain the ratios:
For Example:
50 STARS: $100
40 STARS: $80
30 STARS: $60
OR:
50 STARS: $200
40 STARS: $160
30 STARS: $120
SAME FOR THE LARGER PLAYERS:
50 STARS: $1000
40 STARS: $800
30 STARS: $600
OR:
50 STARS: $2000
40 STARS: $1600
30 STARS: $1200
Each player must wager what is right for them. In order to maintain a winning
money management system, the player must maintain these ratios and use all of
Tex Green's plays in a disciplined manner. The player MUST place a wager using
all of Tex Green's selections for this method to have the full winning effect.

WHO IS TEX GREEN?
Tex
Green has made a very respected and reliable name for himself within the sports
wagering industry for over 27 years. He has served as a sports wagering director
and consultant for several Las Vegas Casinos in his career (he has requested that these
casinos remain nameless for obvious reasons). He is a very well known and respected
person in the behind the scenes business of linesmaking and sports wagering.
After 27 years Tex Green has retired and moved back to his home town of Houston.

"First of all, I would just like to get one thing
straight. I have over the years detested the sports handicapping industry. Its
not for the industry itself I loathe, its the scam artists that seem to pop
up everywhere in this business. You really have to watch who you invest in!
I had some real reservations about entering the handicapping arena.
Now here is the reason I have decided to open shop out of my Houston
home. I absolutely love the Guaranteed Picks format. In this industry, this
format has more integrity than anything ever before it. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE
PAYING FOR LOSERS!
The other thing that got me to agree to this, is the integrity of
the fellas running this site. These are people that I have known for years and
I vouch for them to be people of integrity and ethics. Not only that, but they
are well connected in the industry and have assembled an impressive stable of
handicappers.
Needless to say, the computer movement passed me by. I am still
a pencil pusher and notebook guy. The guys at GuaranteedPicks.com assured me

I will only release the strongest plays to you. In linesmaking,
we had several formulas to determine what the lines were supposed to be. I will
use these formulas to determine what lines are off. In the sports book, we used
these formulas, but then had to adjust them according to public sentiment in
a hurry. If we did not split the public's money almost immediately, it would
cost the casinos millions. I have seen many people in this industry lose their
jobs over this.
When I find a play that public sentiment has altered the line enough,
these will be the plays that I release. But before releasing any plays, I have
several contacts to collaborate with to double check these plays and also to
hear about any "HOT PLAYS" that I may have missed.
"Hot Plays" are plays usually defined by insider information or
plays that get wagered on heavily by professional gamblers. My insider contacts
