I see this division being very similar to the AFC West. It is basically the Patriots and the also rans. The Jets will obviously be interesting to watch as Sanchez won the QB job and you know their defense will be better. They are the one team that could surprise here if Sanchez has a Matt Ryan type of year they could eek into the playoffs. Buffalo is finished so we all can just wait for T. O.'s first rant which I have predicted for Week 4 followed by Juraun's firing. Miami I don't see doing what they did last year because they have to play the Patriots twice and San Diego, Tennessee, Carolina and Atlanta on the road and the Steelers and Colts at their place. With that schedule 8-8 wouldn't be a bad year.

This whole division comes down to Brady staying healthy because now the Patriots have absolutely nobody to back him up. If he were to get hurt the Patriots could conceivably lose every game he misses, but with him they are likely a 12-13 win team. He'll stay healthy and give the Pats home field advantage throughout the playoffs because he has more weapons than ever with the additions of Galloway and Fred Taylor. Here are the East's final results:

    1. New England 13-3

    2. New York Jets 8-8

    3. Miami 8-8

    4. Buaffalo 4-12

    X-Factor--Mark Sanchez

AFC East MVP--Who esle Tom Brady!
