Welcome to another Super Bowl preview. We here at Great Lakes Sports will give you a little insight into both teams in what, we believe, could go down as one of the greatest Super Bowl games in history and as always, good luck this Super Bowl from Great Lakes Sports. The NFC Champion New Orleans Saints will make their first trip ever to a Super Bowl, where they meet the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XXXXIV. It was only a few short years ago when the city of New Orleans was devastated by Hurricane Katrina but, as of last Sunday, the New Orleans fans were dancing, once again, on Bourbon Street. While the Saints were outgained vs the Vikings 475 to 257 yards and also lost the first down battle 31-15, the key to this game was turnovers. The Saints forced the Minnesota Vikings into five turnovers, including QB Brett Favre's interception at the end of the game, giving the New Orleans Saints an overtime win. The Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship Game were shell-shocked, trailing the New York Jets 17-13 at the half before rolling to a victorious 30-17 win. Peyton Manning threw for 377 yards and three touchdowns. With two high powered offenses and the fact that both of these QB's are the best in the business in capitalizing on turnovers, we will look for this game to be won in the trenches and whoever does not turn the ball over will be the victor in this game. Simply sit back and enjoy what we believe could be the highest-scoring Super Bowl ever. Be sure to be on the winning side by checking in with Great Lakes Sports this Sunday, as we will "Drown Your Man" this Super Bowl XLIV.
