This weekend, one of the biggest games of the season will take place between SEC powerhouses. The 7-1 LSU Tigers will square off with the 8-0 Alabama Crimson Tide with National Title implications. Whoever wins this one could face Florida in the conference championship and earn a spot in the National Championship game. This game is huge and it should be watched if you are a college football fan. The SEC has shaped up to be a three team race now that only Florida, Alabama, and LSU remain in the top 25. Florida leads the east division of the SEC easily and LSU and Alabama are neck and neck in the West.

Nick Saban will have his Crimson tide ready to play for this one. They bring in one of the most talented rosters in college football. Many people believe that they should be the number one team in the country and they've played great so far. Running back Mark Ingram is one of the best in the country and quarterback Greg McElroy has been great. Their defense is one of the best in the country and LSU will have their hands full trying to pass or run against them.

For LSU, Les Miles is also not one to shy away from big games. His team has played pretty well all season with the one exception being the loss to the Florida Gators. In that big game, they let Tim Tebow and the Florida defense shut them down. They are hoping for a better output on offense this week as they only scored 3 points against the Gators. The Tiger players have been looking forward to this game for redemption ever since they lost to the Gators. Expect a great game in the SEC in this one. Either team could walk away with the inside track to the SEC Championship game.
