Jeffrey James

Jeffrey James is a newcomer to the handicapping scene. Not new to handicapping just new to releasing plays to the general public. His approach is unique in that he doesn't like to release any more than one play per day and he doesn't like to rate his plays with stars or anything else. His approach is simple - one play per day that is the best play of the day. It doesn't matter what sport, it may be football, basketball, hockey or baseball. Denver will be way more interested in avoiding injury than doing anything in this game. Get on the home dog Falcons in this one as the play of the day.

#105 Detroit Lions +6.5 (7:00 edt) Under coach Campbell the Lions have not played many starters at all in the pre-season but they look to be changing that up this season so look for more starters to see some action - especially on the O line since they have had some changes from last year in that position group. Cincy will be getting a lot of playing time for many players on defense to try to fix their defensive struggles. This looks like Detroit should have the ability to put up some points here so take them and the points.

The Bronx Bombers are much better on the road than at home this season and they can't hit as well overall as the Braves. Get on Atlanta in this one as the play of the day.
